If there are specific features you want that we can't verify on the MLS listings, we'll go out and preview for you.

When you are ready we can go look at some of the houses just to help you get a real sense of what the houses are like. And we will send you updates as newly listed or price-reduced matching homes come on the market.
Our preference is that you see at least 10 qualified houses over a span of two or three tours before trying to lock in on a short list. It generally takes about that many walk-throughs in real houses and neighborhoods for you to develop your own sense of preferences, trade-offs and market value. And at the same time we will do a market value analysis on your preferred homes so that you have all the data needed to be confident in your decision.
